Family park during the day but there are a couple of good times to visit. Lunch time for quickies (11apm-1pm), after work quickie before going home to the wives(4-6pm) and finally, late night encounters (8-12pm).

The guide

Where exactly

Go west on 114 till it ends into West street. Turn right go north for 4-5 blocks until you see sign pointing to the City Park and then turn left with the arrow. Cross street: West Street and HWY 114

Cruisiest spot: After main entrance turn right and cruise around the loop that surrounds the lake area (when there is water).

When to go

Always Open. Best times: 11am-1pm; 4pm-6pm; 8pm - 12am. Dates open: All year

Etiquette

If other cars are there make eye contact and roll window down to promote guys to stop and talk. If they pass, pump break lights and if they are interested, they will pump back.

Nudity: Don't get caught, public indecency.

Safety

Tinted windows. I want to see who I pull up next too. Dark window means no chat from me unless they are rolled down. Don't park for too long after midnight. Curfew in place.
