The sauna area is very cosy with cold water on tap and 3 showers as well as cubicles and a toilet. The sauna 'cabin' itself is very quiet and easy to have fun in - you can hear people coming in way in advance of pulling your trunks/ towel back up - easy peasy!!

Drive downt to l'ton seafront, follow road east to Rustington - Swim centre is half way down sea road.

Cruisiest spot: Sauna room - 5pounds at reception and anyone can use the sauna - plus you get a free swim too!

Etiquette

Current code for fun is to wear locker key on your right ankle and take a towel in with you.

Nudity: Yes / Saunas can sometimes be mixed so wear a towel if not sure and peel off when there are no ladies about! Policy: Non-gay - use discretion
