Guys, I agree with Smooth74U, Lombard cops tend to patrol the parks pretty often, and tend to be pretty straight laced, especially when it comes to this. Too much chance of getting caught.

I've lived near there my whole life and the cops to patrol the place because so many families use the park. Same goes for Madison Meadows. Lombard cops have a history of being pricks. There's no way I'd risk it.

stopped by there today, Tuesday, about 130, walked around, hung around bathroom, no action. Would love to make this an active place.
