Where exactly
Off of "H" street, there is a sign that says," Lompoc Airport" that has other ads and such on it. Turn into the airport and take the right road all the way back to the cul-de-sac.
When to go
Do Not Go During Flight Hours! After10:00pm is your best bet. Flight hours are daylight hours.
Etiquette
Just stay in your car unless you decide to go down into the riverbed(outdoors) in which case, park a lil ways away from the riverbed entrance.
Nudity: Do whatever you're comfortable with just know its public so cops and other people might use the spot.
Safety
As usual, keep an eye out for cops and other people using the spot.
