Small rest area, popular because not many places around, cruised occasionally by local police, but can meet hot guys for hot , surrounded by large, wooded park preserve, much privacy, can also hook up and go to other local wooded spots, away from police.

Best time
6:30 am-8:30 am,11:30 pm-2 pm, 7 pm-dark.
Crowd
All, locals, blue collar, older guys. I'm a young guy into older guys.
Watch out
Occasional police drive-thru's, but good visibility to see cars cummin'.

Safety

Occasional police drive-thru's, but good visibility to see cars cummin'. As of 06/05/02, barriers were up and there was a very small place left to park.

Hey guys, I've received a report that this Rest area is CLOSED. The old water pump has been removed and barriers have been put up to prevent entrance by any automobile. Ed, cruise Editor
