Etiquette
There are so few people, almost anyone that goes there without a pet is probably cruising.
Nudity: No door -- short tiled wall between and toilet make for easy access to one another. Louvered metal on all "windows" surrounding the bathroom allow anyone inside to see out, and no one to see in. Quite ingenious.
