Where exactly

Cottage is by side of road, red brick building at entrance to park car park.

When to go

Afternoons, 2.30 onwards. Also try between 4 and 4.45pm. I have had some really guys in there. You can see through frosted windows when anyone is approaching!

Etiquette

Park in car park and watch who goes in. Take notice if any cars are parked on the road outside, they will probably have stopped off for some action.
