Where exactly

Drive downtown on East Center street going east, passing businesses along the way are Hardees restaraunt as well as Rally's drive-thru, after you pass Rally's turning onto Madison Square avenue off of East Center st, follow Madison Avenue passing a shopping center on your left with businesses including (K-Mart, Family Dollar, and Sam Goody). Follow on until you go around a curb to the left and the mall is located on your right. Cross street: East Center St.

M-S: 9am-9pm, Sunday:11am-6pm Best times: All day cruising but 12noon is the best time for more cruisers.

Etiquette

Wait in the back and wait. Eventually you will get a cruiser and you will see a shadow of them playing or they will tap their left foot and sometimes hold their hand down where you can see making a circle.

Safety

Sometimes you may get a cruiser that will not want to come in your and wants to play from each others , but in my opinion, that is more risky than being together in the back where no one can see what's going on. Be careful, don't cruise first, if your in the back a cruiser will usually know and be the one to make the first move and make sure you use a if it gets to that point. Reason being for that is HIV is in this city so Please Be Careful!
