Rt. 17 north and get off at the Spa/ TGI Fridays... and it is on your right hand side before you get off the exit
When to go
5-10 weekdays and 6:30-6 weekends!! Its best time is after work at around 5 o'clock.
Etiquette
Be discreet and hang out in the steam room!!
Nudity: Nudity is allowed in the dressing rooms.. however not allowed in the pool area
