Open from well before 9am till late. Best times: Anytime around 10 to the hour (lectures finishing and starting ;-) ). Lunchtimes

Three cubicles furthest from the door have peepholes.

Safety

Toilet is sometimes closed for cleaning (usually just before 11am, but not everyday). None! No attendants, and too many people going through the Renolds lobby to keep check on how long people spend in there!
