Where exactly
Basically park up on Elsemere Street, and walk down hulme hall road past the Saint Georges Island building. There is a small gap in the fencing under one of the railway arches which leads to a green bridge that goes to Salford. Go through the gap and wait there. there is a small embankment through a gap in the fencing.

Usually later on at night about 7 until late. Also early mornings at about 8am.

Young guys around this area. Mainly young professionals and suits. Best thing is to stand near the green bridge and wait for contact!
