Where exactly
From 93, Take South Willow St towards the Mall of NH. Go past the Mall and process to your 2nd light(At that corner you will see The Olive Garden). Take a Left onto Huse rd and then the first right into Parking lot.
Cruisiest spot: Although there is no Steam room, the locker room, showers and bathrooms are very cruisey Mostly after 10:00 pm. The local HighSchools and Colleges send their teams into this Gym to work out. Also a ton of 2nd Shift workers are there after 10:00 Pm on their way home from work.
When to go
Monday Thru Friday 24 hours. Friday close at 9. Saturday and Sunday close at 7:00 pm Best times: Monday thru Thursday night after 10:00 PM. The Gym is busy enough but not too busy.
Etiquette
Although you have to be a member or be a guest of a member as most gyms do, Use your typical locker room cruising skills (Eye contact, Body language Etc.) Most men who are open to the watchful eye of a cruiser will usually leave their shower curtain partially open.
Safety
None. Staff is warm and gay friendly. Their motto is. "The Non Judgement Zone" As usual, best to meet someone there and go else where. Usually in the parking lot, in your car at night, is a good place to do it if neither of you have a place to go.

I travel through NH a fair deal and stay in Manchester now and again - this place really that busy for cruising?
