Monday-Friday 07.00-22.00 Saturday-Sunday 09.00-17.00 Best times: Spurts of business during the day in the gym. In the afternoons some students then workers come in.
Etiquette
Male-only in the sauna on weds 12.00-9.00. Go in nude or towel. Sauna faces communal open shower, there's also a large cubicle/tiolet to share. very quiet during day so you may not be disturbed.
