Manchesters first Boutique gym, entrants must be members (rates vary) or have valid day pass. Clean modern gym with men only sauna and changing rooms. Showers and changing rooms are most popular places to meet although classes, gym and pool areas good perving point.

- Hours:Any time. After work at about 5 to 7pm is always busy. Sundays are quietest
- Cruising Info/ Tips:Catch contact anywhere in the gym and head back to the changing rooms. Go during busy times to use the communal showers when all private showers are full. You can watch for this from the sauna room in the male changing rooms next to the showers.
- Nudity / Policy:Gym does not promote inappropriate conduct especially of a nature. However, nudity is normal in the changing rooms and showers especially the communal showers. Be discreet and if its busy, take him home or out of the gym round a back lane (plenty round the gym).
- Wheelchair Accessible:No / Not DDA compliant as steps up to front door then down into gym. No lifts
- Warnings:Please remember that straight men use this gym too! Do not take too long in the changing rooms otherwise it turns from comfortable to cramped in a short time, however this can be a good excuse to watch men getting changed by having to wait near them to access your locker. Staff are aware of potential issues and regularly check changing rooms.
