The entrance to the Preqot pool is by guest key card access only. The Pequot pool/locker room is $10 for hotel guests (not the Fox Tower G Spa) and $40 for non-hotel day pass. The Fox Tower G Spa is $15 weekdays for hotel guest staying at the Fox Tower; and $25 for guest staying at the Pequot. There is action at both areas; however the G Spa is larger, slightly more active, as there is a men only sauna, steam room, showers and jacuzzi pool. There is also a co-ed fitness center out the back entrance of the locker room.

Where exactly
1. Head northeast on I-95 N towards Leave 92. 2. Take exit 92 for CT-2 towards CT-49/ No. Stonington/ Pawcatuck. 3. Turn left onto CT-2 W/ Freedom St. Remain to comply with CT-2 W. Location will be on the left. On the lobby degree of the Great Cedar Resort. Past the lifts, throughout from the ballroom and left wing.
When to go
7am-10am & 6:00-9:00pm
Etiquette
Guys get off in the hot tub, especially the Fox Tower G-Spa, and in the steam and sauna rooms. You can also show off in the sink, vanity area with large mirrors and in the shower area by leaving the curtain open.
