Cruisiest spot: The parking areas immediately off WC pike. Then there are other places on the other side too, past the park office.

Etiquette

Just be careful. Don't do anything in the open, there are families around. When you see someone that interests you, take a walk on on of the trails and find a nice spot and do your thing.
