Where exactly

It is the last entrance to RMIT on Swanston Walk near the City Baths...just go down one flight of stairs and do a sharp left and there you are ! Cross street: Franklin

When to go

I guess most daylight and some night hours...think the roller door comes down later towards 9-10pm...but you can always access it by going in the Building 12 entrance on Swanston Street then go down and left...

Etiquette

There are 4 toilets with almost full length doors....plus NO WINDOWS to the outside, so it's pretty private
