Where exactly

by bus or Tramway from downtown to "El Parque San Martin" and look for the CLub Regatta. There is a street with palm trees to get there. Half way get into the woods on your roght and keep going, You'll see another street and cross it, follow the crowd

Cruisiest spot: In the intersection of two streets, next to a small roundabout and following a stream of water that comes from the woods.
