If you go by subway (METRO) it is just around the corner of the Gomez Farias station. (This is not a very nice neighborhood, so I suggest to go by subway it may be crowded but it is very safe) Cross street: Calz. Ignacio Zaragoza

Cruisiest spot: The three rooms, the sauna, the showers and the 'turco'.

Etiquette

Officially this is not a gay sauna, but 98% of the clients are. The staff doesn't bother you and they know what everyone is looking for.
