Where exactly

Three streets away from the northwest corner of the Alameda Central Park. Just take the subway and go to Hidalgo Station (Lines 1 or 3). As you exit the station, head three streets north on Reforma. Make a left on Mina and you are there. Cross street: Reforma and Mina 100

Etiquette

This place has action practically everywhere, even in the showers, where everyone is looking. There is usually more action in either steam room. As soon as 2 people start making out, the rest will join. It can get quite crazy.
