Berlin Route 39 East rest stop
Rest stop, just down the road from Hiland Highschool. Nice little place, easy to get to. Just a small rest stop where you can check out the writings on the walls to see who's looking for what and when.

Where exactly
From Millersburg, take 62 east through Berlin. At a light, you will need to go straight to go on 39 east, which you will take for about 1.5 miles, and rest stop will be on your left.
When to go
Early mornings, lunch time, and evenings.
Etiquette
Just wait in your car, or in the restroom. And when you see something you like, grab your crotch, or give them "the look" :) or linger around long enough to see if they show any interest.
Nudity: No nudity, it's a public rest stop, and there can be a lot of tourists sometimes. Which can sometimes be a plus :)
