The guide

Where exactly

1 mile east of State Road 15 on County Road 29, north at County Road 142. Take S.R. 15 north, out of New Paris, going toward Goshen. Turn east on C.R. 142. Follow that road until it comes to a 3-way intersection. Right at that intersection is half of the park with public restrooms. If you turn left at the intersection. you will find the remainder of the park on the right side of the road, about 1/4 mile down. There is a long foot path that goes back toward a damn. Very private area.

When to go

Anytime of day, but afternoons are best.

Etiquette

If cars are in the parking lot, enter restroom and either sit on the toilet or go to the until someone else comes in.
