Easy to get to and not patrolled at all. Lots of under the action since not many people go to the mall now. Also try the J C Penny's bathroom in the mall, but there is a desk near that bathroom.

Usually from 9 am - either 6 pm or 9 pm depending on season.
Crowd
Mostly middle-aged guys and a few young guys.
Watch out
There's a few tourists who walk in now and then, but that's about it.
