It is a big parking lot with a small park. There are no attendants or any one watching the place. The restrooms doors are on the left side of the building. Huge parking lot with lots of private areas and sheltered picnic tables and paths.

Etiquette
Go inside the restroom or hang out in your car or under the main shelter. Hang around even if nobody is there at that time, men cruise through all the time. There is a peep hole to see the parking lot from inside the men's room.
