Where exactly
From Willow Rd turn onto Sunset Ridge Rd heading north. About a mile and a half down take a left onto Volts Rd. Follow the road past the first turn and you'll see the trail.
Cruisiest spot: Follow the path until you come across a train bridge. Go under the train bridge and you'll see an intersection of 3 trails.

There is a big park down one of the trails which is a great place to meet and then go into the woods for some fun.
Safety
People walking for fun. Some parts of the trail are close to houses. Stay away from those areas. Also if you meet someone find a place off the trail in case someone walks by.
