Where exactly

In between Pendelton and La Grande at the top of the Blue Mountains. Just take I-84 East from Pendelton, about 10 (I Guess) miles east on the freeway. Cross street: I-84

Cruisiest spot: Men's bathrooms.

When to go

24-7. Best times: 11pm to 2am.

Etiquette

Pick a , any . Wait for a foot tap or other obvious cruising signal, either go to a car or carefully have fun around the area.

Safety

Hit or miss, the door locks are in bad shape and there is a really bad country station playing in both bathrooms. Its a rest area--just use common sense.
