1commentRenovated in the last couple of years. I used to be beat off with dudes here all the time. It can be hit or miss, but it is worth the effort. I've seen some of the finest black men in here recently.

Where exactly
Drive straight up Broad Street and make a left onto Cheltenham Avenue, when you see the Value City you are there. The bathroom is next to Value City and you walk down the hall and the bathroom is on your left. Cross street: Cheltenham Avenue and Ogontz Avenue
Cruisiest spot: Two urinals, one regular , one handicap.

Wait and see who goes in. Walk in, take your out, and see if they stroke too. Don't be obvious.
Safety
Security and maintenance rarely come through but they do. The door is loud enough to know when somebody is coming in. Also, watch out for the loud teenagers.
