Don't plan to h/u with Grab28. He will have you get a hotel then cancel and you are stuck paying.

The Best time is in the afternoon. Too many family & nearby residents between 5 and 7PM. If too many people by the pier, go west toward the port and walk along the rocks in the evenings. Hot actions.. be patient. It's not Hollywood here.
