Where exactly

When you get into preston follow signs for Town Center and then Preston University. This place is opposite "Street Wise sport" accross the road from there. If you ask any local they will point you in the right direction ( "Livsey House" )

When to go

Open till late but best time evening time. Best times: Anytime during the day is a little busy e.g. teachers n stuff, and students. Best time after 4.30pm till 7/8pm Dates open: Open till late but best time evening time.

Etiquette

Stand near the mirror waiting for who ever comes in and then walk into the loo.
