Just before Commercial St bends in the West End and before the Coastguard Station there is an alleyway which leads from Commercial St to the Harbour. It leads to Flyers Boatyard. Cross street: Montello St & Commercial St

This must be someone trying to get something started. I checked in a couple of evenings during Carnival week, and nothing happens down here.

Too early in the season to be busy here now. After 4th July onwards it gets good
