The guide
Where exactly
From Edsa, take a bus/fx going to SM Fairview. Those living within the radius will have no problem locating the place. Cross street: Quirino Highway
Cruisiest spot: Hallways and cr.
When to go
12pm to 9pm. Best times: 2pm onwards.
Etiquette
Go to the cr often to check; Stand along the walkways to catch one. I have been there several times and have had some hot encounters.
Safety
The guard would come to check but not often. The janitors would come to clean during intermission. Just be careful because this is a public place.
