cruiser update 7/22/2008: refurbed toilets (black paint) and the holes are back :) previous comment: Discovered this by accident - and there is often someone having a peep. So presume there are guys looking for . There are a few peep holes. One allows a view of guys peeing at the urinals, others between the two cubicles. Easy to tell if anyone is coming, so to speak.
