Clarion Hotel is right on Main Street accross from the Convention center. Cross street: Saint Paul Street
Cruisiest spot: Second floor mens room and sometimes the hotel bar with a little luck.

7am- 10pm Best times: Weekdays:Early mornings 7:30-8:30am, Lunch time 12noon-2ish, and "happy hour" after work 5pm-8pm
Etiquette
The bathroom is huge and there is a foyer at the entrance which gives you plenty of warning when someone is coming in. A lot of people that work downtown walk through the hotel so you can easily blend in as just another guy thats on his way to or from work.
Safety
Parking can be tricky. There is a garage but it's not free. Hotel security are easily recognized and they don't ever say anything. Just act like you belong there. If anyone asks if you are a guest at the hotel just say you are on your way to the restaurant or bar.
