Go east from San Diego aboput 40 miles. Well marked. Mot a destination but can be a welcome relief spot Cross street: Buckman Springs Rd
Cruisiest spot: The truck/camper area.
When to go
Twenty-four hours a day & 7 days a week. Best times: Anytime... everytime I've connected it has been around 10 pm to 1 am..

Etiquette
Look for a camper/RV sitting alone at the end ( east end-away from entrance ) of the parking lot with the door open. Either park nearby and strike up a conversation or wait until he/they walk to the restrooms and strike up a conversation. They'll usually take it from there.
Safety
Cold/winmdy in winter and hot/windy in summer. Only time CHP goes in here is to use the bathrooms. The Border Patrol drives thru looking for 'load' cars sometimes. Either could care less about 'cruising.'

Can meet up with guys at this spot on weekdays, during day or evening. I NEED to have hot hard fun. Let me know some good days and times and I will meet you.

35 white male,El Centro will be traveling to San diego and would like to give some head this weekend on the 27 or 28. If interested please respond to this and let me know a good day. Realitively new to this and would like to get out and explore more.

Concerning CumDealers comment.... this place is a rest stop...... NOT a destination. It's way too far 'out' to be considered a cruising spot.

This place isnt worth it, you drive all the way out there, its completly dead and on the way home you have to go through a border patrol check point.

i've been cruising this rest stop for several years and have never had run-in with cops. Would like to meet TheTopten, maybe Sun 11/12 after 9PM, or a date/time of your choosing? Anyone else interested, just stop in.

We were coming back from visiting the proverbial " rich maiden aunt in her 90's" in Arizona and we pulled in here to use the bathroom and stretch our legs and we saw a motorhome with a car parked beside it in the large vehicle area and the MH was rocking. So I quess it is true that this place is a 'connection.'

I've had two "scheduled" or "planned" meeting with people here. It is a great secluded place to meet up in a MH. I'd never cruise here due to the remoteness and possibility of cops.
