Where exactly

Get off West bound I-8 at Sunset Cliffs Blvd, go south to W. Pt Loma Blvd and go to the end at Spray Street Parking Lot. Park in the lot/on the street and head north into the dog beach/dunes. Cross street: Dog Park sand dunes north of West Pt Loma Blvd and Spray Street 9 Absolute NW corner of Ocean Beach

Cruisiest spot: Anywhere here.
