Where exactly
You need to be a resident at the Promenade in mission Valley in order to access the gym. Cross street: Qualcom Way
Cruisiest spot: The sauna which is in the men's room of the fitness center, to the left of the fountain if you're looking at it from the entrance of the complex.
When to go
Always open. Best times: After 8:00pm.
Etiquette
From the fitness center main area, walk into the men's room and go into the sauna. Show hard if interested.
Safety
People who work out late at night and scare the residents who are looking for fun away. What do they think it is- a 24hr fitness center or something? ;-) No one will bother you. No one uses the sauna except people who are interested in hooking up.
