The place is open 5 am to 10/11pm- 7 days a week. It even has a Friday evening music hour that brings out the locals and it's a great "cover" to be there

See and be seen. Several of the employees are "out" so this place is at least "gay friendly."

None --- sometimes the wait can be long at 6:30 am when a lot of Navy people are in there, but other than that it is not bad.

I was in here late Friday afternoon, killing time waiting for traffic to die down before I drove back to el centro and I had the proverbial once in a lifetime encounter with a couple wanting to " walk on the wild side" after dropping off their kid at a high school senior weekend function at PLNU. They had a room in a motel on Harbor Drive and it sure beat killing 2 hours in a coffee house. Total NSA-- not even a phone/email address excahnge. They were from the "LA area ." It goes to show you, people not the place.

I scored here a few months before this place got posted. Nice spot, but is often overrun with USN and PLNU people tying up all the seats/tables doing paperwork and gossiping. Also way too many high school students taking forever to order.
