11commentscruiser adds: There is no "sauna" it is actually a "steam room." you have to walk through the men's gang shower (down the steps) to get to the steam room that faces it at the end or to the door that leads to the pool. Membership required but day pass available. Pretty cruisy at the sauna and showers.

Where exactly
It's Downtown so you have to pay for parking. In on Broadway heading west towards the ocean. Mapquest it.
When to go
Hours are M to F 5:30 to 9:00 Sat 8 to 1 and closed on Sundays. Best times early in the AM. Lunch time and afterwork.
Etiquette
Sauna and showers just he safe and discreet as this is a familiy place and sometimes you will see them there.

Hey Kip. All I wanted to do was to meet you, check you out, and see if you're as hot as you claim. This makes the third time that I went out of my way to be someplace where you said you'd be and you were not there. That's not a nice thing to do. Maybe these guys have your number. Someone didnt have a good weekend. I see that you are up to your old habits of bitching and moaning about people on here, and YOU ARE AS USUAL not bothering to offer any viable info/story on your last visit to the location. All RUSure seems to be full of is slander, defamation, and hate. Dont anyone DARE have a drop of fun cruising and post an ocational blerb about it, RUSure AND HIS HATE PARADE will come down on you like a ton of bricks. Let me take a wild guess that neither of the 2 last posters has been to the Y in the past 3 months, big surprise.

Whos going to work out at the Y after work today? lets pump it up and shoot off some steam after our work out. Then we can go hit a couple dive bars if youve got what it takes.
