Where exactly
It's right off the 8 fwy in mission valley (south side), right behind the Mission Valley Resort Hotel, look for the Chevron Gas Station and the FROG. Take the hotel circle exit. youll have to drive behind the hotel and up the hill through the parking lot.
When to go
5am--10:30pm Monday to Thursday 5am--9pm Friday 7am--8pm Saturday and Sunday best times are right before closing or lunchtime/mid day.
Etiquette
Mens showers (stalls), mens sauna, and mens steam room are very cruisy. also its pretty easy to get attention to mess around if you go upstairs and lift weights first. also the unisex bathroom outside by the pool is sometime used for hookups.
Nudity: Nudity allowed and very common in the mens lockerroom which is where the sauna and the steam room are located.
Safety
This could almost be considered a gay gym with all the cruising that happens in the weightroom area upstairs sometimes, there are lots of chics at this gym so be discreet.
