At night most men cruise outside and wander off into darkness for action. 11/29/04 A cruiser reports: let you know that the Rose Garden in Palisades Park in Santa Monica is a cruise spot. It is best around sunset in the summer, when the days are longer (& warmer) but there is still some activity around sunset and late at night, at this time of year. It is at the corner of Palisades and Ocean Avenue, overlooking the Pacific Ocean.
