Go to the farthest south side of park and if you see a car in the parking lot and someone under the picnic pavillion, just come up and strike a conversation up! (since it is near an elementary school) very wise not to show or act on anything just play it cool and get to talking and take it somewhere close by!

on "Mission" street look for sign near liberty glass factory it points you towards the park. Take the route and the best place to meet discreetly is under southside picnic pavilion near elementary school (again no action should be done in the actual location!!!!just a good place to meet and take it elsewhere) Cross street: Cobb & Brown
