M-F: 5:00am to 9:30pm Sat: 7:00am to 5:00pm Sun: 10:00am to 3:00pm Best times: I've only ever been weekdays after 5:00 P.M.
Etiquette
Eye contact, mostly. Play it cool, though, as it is a mixed facility. I've never seen any children, though.
Safety
The door to the steam room is full-length glass, which is great for watching whose entering and leaving, but action takes place in the back corner or the showers.

Place is a great place to play - - back showers and steam room - - be discreet! I get off and help others get off everytime I go.

it's ok most times here, just not always the best pickings of guys... have had a couple of hot men play around tho
