Every summer weekend is a themed dj event -- as if they needed it. Most guys are there for the sex, which is readily available. Local guys park in the huge lot behind the motel units and tromp into the woods for some group coupling with the outa-towners. All units -- from motel rooms to cottages -- are clean and well-maintained.

Guys looking leave their Dunes Rooms doors open; trails in woods become a suck 'n fuck fest summer eves and weekends after 11 pm or so. Cruisiest Spot: Dunes Rooms male dorm & showers under motel unit and woods (at night) beyond motel lower level vending area.
