When to go
Hours of operation are from 5 am-10 pm Mon-Thurs. 5am-8pm Fri-Sat. and 6am-6 pm Sun. Guys are there all the time, not sure as when the best time is for action.
Etiquette
Be discreet about your interest. Just chat with someone and feel out the situation. There is everything from young to old and ripped up to chubby here. The sauna and steam rooms are best for cruising.
Nudity: No big deal if you walk around with no towel in the locker room, most guys just carry one with them to cover up with if someone walks in and they are "excited"
Safety
Around 30 minutes before closing, staff is in and out of the locker room cleaning up, be careful then, not sure how they feel about cruising.

Don't go there. They've now got undercover cops in there and they've got cameras in the sauna area. Several people have been arrested - and never seen anything in there worth it.
