Travel west across the bridge. Turn left at the first street. Plenty of parking a the bottom of the hill. Another cruiser gives us a hand: 'It's on West St. Paul St.'

How's thelaw enforcement in this area these days? I haven't been down here in probably 5 years, but I seem to remember there being a problem with cop cars showing up at times. I guess the houses at the bottom of the hill didn't like all the cars or activities going on...
