Always open. Best times are after 9:00 p.m. any night, but really good on Friday & Saturday nights after 9 or later.
Etiquette
Be patient and discreet. Local cops and state troopers drive through occasionally - but have never seen them hassle anyone. Just don't be out "waving it" obnoxiously - family travelers stop here, too, remember. Get out of your car, take a leak, have a beer, let others know you're available by not just sitting in your car. Cruisiest Spot: Best areas are around picnic tables or "in the trees".
