HUGE selection of free weights, machines, large up-to-date cardio room, best locker facilities (2 large open showerareas, steamroom, sauna, whirlpool) in town hands down. Good place to work out with young to middle aged good looking business men.

Where exactly

The club is in first canadian place which is bordered by Bay, King, York and Adelaide. The entrance to the club is an elevator located on the concourse level on the north side, underneath the adelaide st entrance. Cross street: King St W. & Yonge St.

Cruisiest spot: Workout areas, lockers and wet areas (incl. large open shower area, steamroom, sauna & whirlpool)

When to go

Mornings, Lunch, Early Evenings

Etiquette

The usual...strike up a conversation while in workout areas. Do not use towel in steamroom or sauna, discreetly touch your a couple times.
