Where exactly
From Watford head towards Bushey - in the High Street go down Bournehall Road ross over Bourne Lane and the Moat Field is as far as you can go - the other side into the park is entrance on Moatfield Road - plenty of roads to park a car and walk in
When to go
Open space with lighting on the pathway - all other areas shaded - best times seems to be late evenings ( after pubs close ) walk along the path - usually guys walking about
Etiquette
Mixture of local guys - some fit footballer types ( they must know this place ) - during the day its a play area but late at night it changes
Nudity: No nudity - very dark areas in bushes and around the Scout hut area
Safety
Pet walkers during the day - only ever seen Police once turn around in car park - no patrols etc
