Go into Watford High Road, walk up towards Destiny Nightclub, keep walking straight past it with it on your right. You then go down under a Pedestrian Subway. The toilet is on your left, half way through the subway. Cross street: St Albans Road/Rickmansworth Rd

Open early AM until dusk. Best times: Usually around 3pm, but ok other times too.
