Go through downtown westfield, towards noble hospital/westfield state college (up western ave). Park will be on the left just before approaching westfield state college. The second entrance for the parking (by the tennis courts) is the best/easiest.
Cruisiest spot: Past the tennis courts, by the bathrooms.

Early morning, lunch, and later afternoon to evening.
